Christine and I were fortunate enough to enjoy two wonderful trips to the Papagayo peninsula area of Costa Rica over the past several months. Both trips were in support of Christine’s company’s President’s Club. The first trip was in October for the site inspection, and the second trip in February was the actual event itself. It was amazing to experience the same place a few months apart as the weather was so incredibly different that it completely changed the character of the trip. October was mild but extremely rainy (and not that populated). February was hot, sunny, beautiful and very busy! Both are worth experiencing! The one benefit to the February trip was the extensive array of wildlife that we were able to see! If you like animals, Costa Rica is the place for you! To name a few, we saw: monkeys (white faced and howler), crabs, baby turtles, crocodiles, dolphins, bats, and many types of beautiful birds (including the rare red macaws).
Thank you to everyone at The Four Seasons and Swiss Travel for making it a trip to remember!
