I have been actively involved with photography since 1988. I have had no formal training in photography other than printmaking techniques. I owe my knowledge to the kindness of other photographers and lots of reading.
My early works focused heavily on urban scenes at night, which later evolved into an interest in cityscapes and landscapes at all different times of day. Over time, I have branched out to explore other creative photographic expressions such as polaroid transfers and handcoloring. I use both 35mm and medium format equipment in my photography. As of 2003, the vast majority of my photos are shot digitally. My primary camera today is a Canon 5d.
